It's also very true. I wrote it after getting off the phone (in California) with my fiance (in Hawaii) bemoaning his month-long field job there, pulling him away from me until just weeks before our wedding. Hence it being dark here and sunset across the (Pacific) ocean, and both of us being quite lonely. Thank you. It’s also very true.
