Sign in or Register for PoetryAssignment by clicking "Log in" and either entering your username & password, or clicking the link that says "register." 2. Choose your assignment. Click on it, and then follow the instructions for posting. 3. Write a terrible limerick! 4. In the "tags" field in the right margin, be sure to include the name of the assignment and "bad limericks" 5. Submit the poem & await moderation! A couple of notes: By "bad," I mean cheesy, corny, punny, silly - NOT anything that violates the standard rules of what's acceptable to post here (no spam, no hatespeech, remember?)! When I click "update again," everything I just filled in is gone. edit: updating information worked when done in the dashboard, just not in the profile I'm directed to when I click on the link that appears below my name on posts in the forums. Adding a link to the body of the poem. They were frustrated by having to go back or open a new window in order to copy and past the link. I don't know what, if anything can be done about this, but I certainly understand the frustration and would share it if I wasn't using the CoolIris Firefox plugin. 2. Getting back and forth from the user dashboard to the main page. There doesn't seem to be easy maneuverability between the two. I will have to work on that. As of right now, the site does need a lot more author / poem visibility and search capability. This will have to come soon.
